Senior Website Developer (PHP/OOP, WordPress)

You properly are a potential candidate for this position, if you have: Strong understanding of backend development principles and object-oriented programming in PHP. Fluency in PHP & WordPress and others ecosystems (theme customization, plugin development, WordPress Templates, WordPress APIs…). Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and basic SQL queries. Experience working with RESTful APIs, integrating external services into web applications. Familiarity with server management, basic networking concepts, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD (nice to have). Able to write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code. Able to quickly learn and adapt to existing project structure and codebase. At least 5 years of experience in a relevant position. Intermediate level in English. You would be a strong candidate, if you have one of these following: Git, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, VMware, PHP IDE, Git bash, Linux bash, PowerShell. Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence. Basic experience with cloud platforms (AWS EC2, LightSail) for hosting and deployment. Knowledge of CI/CD tools (TeamCity, Jenkins, GitHub Actions) is a plus. Ability to work with virtualization technologies (VMware) for development environments. Exposure to WordPress REST API and integration with external APIs.
