Plan, design, and execute test strategies and test cases for Web and Mobile platforms.
Perform manual testing, reproduce and investigate software issues, and support root cause analysis.
Develop and maintain test documentation, reusable templates, and data.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners and Developers to clarify requirements and
manage defect lifecycle.
Research and apply new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve delivery quality.
(Senior level) Mentor junior testers, review test cases, and guide on testing best practices.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
Junior: 2+ years of experience in software testing.
Senior: 3+ years of experience, including 1+ year in a senior/lead role.
Solid knowledge of Web, Mobile, and API testing.
Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and testing methodologies (Agile/Scrum,
Waterfall).
Familiarity with tools: Jira/Azure DevOps, TestRail/Zephyr, Postman/Swagger,
BrowserStack/Appium.
Experience with CI/CD and automation integration is a plus.
Strong attention to detail, ownership, and teamwork mindset.
Good communication, time management, and adaptability
