Building and shipping robust apps to iOS/Android devices using a single codebase
Writing readable and clear code using Dart that will be extensively documented for future use and upgrades
Participating in the full product lifecycle: planning, conception, development, testing, customer feedback, and iteration
Proactively sharing feedback and brainstorming ideas with various teams to improve the development process
Understanding basic concepts of design for developing user friendly applications
Helping maintain our mobile application tech stack and whatever else is required to get the job done

What we’re looking for
Experience in development of iOS/Android applications and have deployed them on App Store/Google Play
3+ years knowledge in mobile app development
Strong agile mindset, someone who is able to iterate fast and give early feedback
In depth understanding of front end languages like HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript
In depth understanding of Object Oriented programming languages like Java and C++
Understanding of the Agile Software Development Life Cycle and been exposed to Scrum projects
Knowledge of Dart programming language, Rest APIs and integration of various APIs from third parties
Comfortable using test cases for debugging code, enhancing performance and reliability
Understanding of best practices to optimize code quality and mobile app performance
Ability to communicate in English - Asking questions when needed and sharing your knowledge and learnings with international team
A “self-starter” attitude in order to make progress in ambiguous situations and a high level of accountability
Desire and eagerness to contribute to the success of the company and grow along with it
Aptitude to learn new technologies/techniques quickly and efficiently
Hands-on/team player mentality and leadership ability if Senior-level
Bonus points for
Experience developing native mobile apps (iOS, Android)
Experience developing projects of your own ideas
Active member of the Open Source community
