- Provide technical support, commissioning, and after-sales services in domestic and overseas.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and control issues at customer sites.
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support training and guidance for international customers and partners regarding product usage and maintenance.
- Prepare service reports, technical documentation, and follow up with clients on issue resolutions.
- Other tasks assigned by the manager related to service operations.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role .
- Fluent in English.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
- Able to travel abroad for long periods of time on regular business trips.
