Service Engineer

Take care customers mainly Taskes:- Technical service:• Maintenance, repair and optimization of rotating devices such as pumps, piston compressors, Agitators, mixers, blowers and other mechanical devices• Planning, deploying and monitoring the repair and maintenance of mechanical equipment at the site.• Trouble-shooting, ensure that automation production line operate with minimum downtime• Monitor, track issues, analyze data of the operated equipment status to provide the solution, the preventive maintenance• On-call support customer- Documentation and Training• Provide training, operation for customer and new team members• Manage tools and spare parts at the site- Report• Doing service reports to customer - including analysis of the cause of the incident and propose solutions.• Doing the Meeting of Minutes when meet customer or build plan activities• Participate in regular and irregular maintenance planning for mechanical equipments• Inspecting new products and do the checking Note for imported shipments.- With another departments• Support to outdoor and Indoor sales; admin team in Technical acknowledge; site survey; investigation and delivery goods,… Other assignments as required by manager• Coordinate with other departments to ensure in the best working progress.
