1. Service Manager
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices:
- Purchasing management
- Oversea transportation management
- Oversea work management
- Product processing management
- Testing management
- Chain of custody management.
- Expert service management
- Help the Service Department processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
- Managing the relationship with all stakeholders to assure all the business process smoothly.
- Periodically celebrating training programs for all team members to sharpen the skills they have already learned to maintain a high level of skill and knowledge.
- Frequently customizing the app function to assure it meet the requirement of the real process and managing demand.
- Other task under responsibility of Product Administration Department
2. CEO’s Assistant
- Support operations department in performing work, ensuring all operations run smoothly and achieve optimal performance.
- Participate in contributing ideas and planning company programs and activities.
- Monitor, evaluate data and report the financial situation of the operations department, perform data analysis if requested by the director.
- Receive and review documents from departments and divisions and submit them to the director for approval.
- Receive information from the director and then communicate clearly and accurately to relevant departments, receive feedback from superiors.
- Take notes of meeting information, working minutes, and summarize content.
- Participate in supporting the human resources administrative department in implementing other requests of the director.
- Perform other tasks as requested by the director making urgent decisions in the director's absence.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, operations management, business administration, or a related field (or relevant work and educational experience)
- At least 2-years’ experience in the same position. Lab experience is preferable
- Good command of English
