Your daily task:- Translate technical and business documents between Korean and English or Vietnamese- Support leaders and development team in communication efforts, fostering effective interactions within the project- Assist leaders in planning, executing, and managing projects- Coordinate with stakeholders and teams to swiftly resolve issues, enhance processes and ensure seamless collaboration- Create and maintain project documents and reports- Facilitate project meetings- Ensure that validated deliverables meet specified technical and business requirements- Undertake additional tasks assigned by the supervisor as needed

Your qualifications:- Minimum of 3 years of experience (excluding freelance work)- Korean: TOPIK 5+- English: Business English- Excellent skills in both written and oral communication in Korean- Demonstrated excellence in leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and a strong commitment to continual improvement- Proactive, positive, and responsible attitudeNice to have:- 1+ years of related experience in software development company- Experience working as IT Comtor or Project Manager, Business Analyst, Product Owner, etc.- Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language- Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and teams- Experience working with Korean Clients
