Panasonic Sales Vietnam is looking for 1 Sales Service Executive with strong experience in working with customers, providing service consultations, and driving service sales. The responsibilities are as follows:- Approach air conditioning project customers, dealers, and installers to offer maintenance, repair, installation, and other services to enhance service income.- Collaborate closely with the sales team to promote service sales and bundle services with machines at the time of machine sales.- Work with the technical team to resolve issues, enhance customer satisfaction, build relationships, and provide services to AC customers.- Develop new channels and solutions for customers.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- College graduate or higher (Technical background is a plus).- Having at least 1-2 years of experience working with customers/dealers in sales, service sales, or customer service positions- Willing to travel for business.- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, professional attitude.- Experience in direct sales, sales support, service sales, or solution consulting is a plus.- Ability to communicate in English.
