SHE Manager - FMCG

- Manage facilities and machinery to ensure that labor accidents do not occur.- Ensure compliance with Environmental Law, Radiation Safety Law, Occupational Safety and Health Law, Fire Prevention and Fighting and other legal regulations related to Safety, Health, and Environment- Responsible for all Health & Safety and Environmental management activities.- Implement and jointly build the SHE system with the COE team.- Analyze, evaluate and manage SHE hazards and risks, propose measures to reduce/eliminate risks.- Develop policies, rules and regulations for the SHE system at the Factory.Safety - Health - Environment system management.- Internally evaluate and prepare/participate in external inspection/audit activities, ensuring the suitability of the SHE system at the Factory.- Develop annual operating goals, plans and budgets of the SHE department.- Building, training and developing human resources
