You’ll also help equip teams with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed, making a tangible impact on the success of our products. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives on solving problems, delivering results, and contributing to a high-performing team. Job Description: Promptly address and prioritize product issues based on business impact; balance priorities among stakeholders effectively. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring critical business requirements are met and edge cases are thoroughly addressed. Execute feature release checklists, create user guides, and develop educational content to ensure teams understand and adopt new features effectively. Serve as the primary point of contact for business users' inquiries about feature logic. Implement product configuration changes based on business requests.
