I- JOB SUMMARY
Lead a sales team by providing guidance, training and mentorship, setting sales quotas and goals, developing account strategies, creating sales plans, analyzing data, assigning sales territories and building their team to ensure the team go to the right direction to achieve the forecasted sales target in both financial as well as culture and branding.
II- PERFORMANCE GOALS
• Assist direct supervisor to manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and be aware of section/department expense controls.
• Develop own sales team - Provides sales functional expertise and leadership to team members through coaching, training, motivating, counseling and product knowledge education to maximize their potential and establish realistic sales objectives for each member.
• Work with team to define key accounts in assigned market segment. Develop and generate new and potential accounts to drive for long term business.
• Analyze current and potential markets/trends, coordinates all activities to maintain and increase revenue through added business volume and increased rate.
• Create and execute monthly, quarterly and annual action plans for the team to ensure maximum revenue to achieve team and individual goals.
• Support to set individual sales targets with the sales team.
• Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team.
• Produce monthly own team segment sales reports and forecasts
• Track sales goals and analyze the report to have initiative actions to adjust as necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of annual budget.
• Continue develop personal leadership, hiring, and training skills while ensuring the team is using effective sales tactics to meet revenue objectives.

IV- SKILLS & EXPERIENCES
• University Degree/ Upgrade or Master in S&M will be an advantage
• Minimum 05 years in sales manager or the similar position in large hotels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both VN and ENG, a second language will be an advantage.
