The Site Finding Executive supports the Site Finding Manager in identifying and acquiring potential store locations within assigned zones, in line with the company’s expansion strategy. This role focuses on sourcing qualified sites, building relationships with landlords and agencies, and maintaining accurate pipeline data, while contributing to achieving Offer of Letter (OTL) standards during negotiations.Key Accountabilities:1. Site Sourcing & Evaluation• Actively approach landlords and property owners to identify potential locations within assigned areas.• Propose sites that meet the company’s criteria in terms of location, visibility, accessibility, and customer potential.• Conduct site visits and gather relevant information to support evaluation and decision-making.• Coordinate closely with the Site Finding Manager to align on target zones and site acquisition priorities.2. Site Negotiation Support• Collect relevant data, market benchmarks, and commercial terms to prepare initial deal terms for the OTL, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with company guidelines.• Conduct preliminary negotiations with landlords on key terms such as rental price, lease duration, and site handover timeline.• Prepare and submit detailed site proposal reports for internal review and approval.• Coordinate with the Lease & Service team to ensure a smooth handover of approved sites for contract finalization.3. Pipeline & Data Management• Build and maintain a database of potential sites in assigned areas, including status tracking and contact records.• Regularly update site information, market observations, and area insights to support planning and reporting.• Stay update competitor movements and market shifts to enhance site acquisition plan.4. Network Development• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, brokers, agencies, and developers to ensure early access to potential locations.• Support the team in expanding and managing a network of external partners and brokers.• Represent the company professionally in interactions with external parties and property stakeholders.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.• 03+ years of experience in sales, real estate, business development, or site acquisition is an advantage.• Experience in retail, F&B, or property brokerage is a plus but not required.• Good understanding of retail location dynamics and market trends.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in negotiation and relationship building.• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently within assigned zones.• Results-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet site acquisition targets.• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.• Good organizational skills for managing site data, updates, and follow-up actions.• English proficiency is a plus.• Proficient in using MS Office and reporting tools; familiarity with mapping or CRM tools is an advantage.• Willingness to travel frequently within assigned zones.
