Panasonic Sales Vietnam is looking for an experienced SNS Management Senior Executive to manage our social media presence, content creation, and performance. This role focuses on overseeing SNS Owned Assets, SNS Execution, and Social Listening & Social Commerce, with an emphasis on delivering results and staying up to date with social trends. SNS owned assets management (25%)- Provide thought leadership, positioning and guidance for social media best practices as well as manage social media functioned appropriate on the latest best practice of social media platforms.- Develop social media content strategies to reach various business objectives and demonstrate sector thought leadership.- Set measurable goals for social content and cross‐channel programs; work with others on the marketing team, marcom team to determine the proper KPIs and tools necessary to measure. - Identify key trends in cybersecurity and digital marketing to create timely, engaging content.- Analyze SNS traffic metrics and undertake content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets.SNS execution (60%)- Create the content calendar for all SNS channel: Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube and coordinate with other stakeholders to make sure the Always-On Social Content development for all owned channels for Organic Growth.- Create the internal process to confirm the content angles, content for all SNS posts, ensure branding guidelines and social media positioning and implement posting and scheduling of content on social networks.- Collect design/video source and optimize adaptation for other channels.- Manage and respond to inbox content/comments on social networking platforms, take responsibility for customer (Experience on Social Media platform exceeds average points).- Research and understand customer insights and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research and data analysis.Social Listening & Social Commerce management (15%)- Propose, test and deploy compelling tactics to leverage social alerts on SNS channels, to address customer issues, and turn every customer interaction into a positive experience that will lead to future sales. - Monitor competitive presences and perceptions across social channels.- Coordinate with other teams to explore and execute and drive the performance in total online selling channels.

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital communications and social media, with demonstrated expertise in executing a variety of advertising formats (social, search, content marketing), social listening, and copywriting, complemented by a strong portfolio of work.- Solid foundation in marketing and communications, with relevant educational background or professional training.- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their capabilities.Skills:- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.- Editorial mindset with an ability to predict audience preferences.- A solid understanding of third‐party social media/influencer tracking tools.- Expertise in utilizing third-party social media and influencer tracking tools.- Proficient in Microsoft Office, WordPress, and other content management systems.- Keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design.- Ability to perform effectively under pressure & strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
