1.Tiktok content management- Develop a plan for Tiktok Panasonic Vietnam channel by implementing video production and KOL booking activities as well as gain the huge traffic and drive to conversion (Tiktokshop)- Plan production for the In-house production team for Tiktok video categories using internal resources at Panasonic's studio- Research the platform's trending activities and research competitors in communication activities on Tiktok2. Social media content- Create the content calendar for other SNS channels and coordinate with other stakeholders to make sure the Always-On - Social Content development for all owned channels for Organic Growth- Collect design/video source and optimize adaptation for other channels- Manage and respond to inbox content/comments on social networking platforms, take responsibility for Customer Experience on Social Media platform exceeds average points- Develop in-house content to adapt the instant sales supporting activity such as livestreams operation, photoshoot preparation, video production and talent training- Research and understand customer insights and target audiences, through online searches, reviews of existing research and data analysis3. Social media admin- Implement all paperwork related to Campaigns/Partners/Internal Depts followed by the internal SOPs, including Digital SNS contracts – annex - appendix process (internal reviews, internal system submission, be a windows person between stakeholders such as Suppliers – Agencies and internal departments such as Legal - Accounting – Marketing, etc)- Payment/Advanced Payment process (e-invoice, payment terms on time, following up credit limit, invoice processing, clearance/settlement, etc) for Advertising campaigns, Ecommerce Marketing Solutions packs, with both local partners and oversea partners- Raise internal tickets such as IT processes, new vendor/suppliers code creation - Collect and keep safe of hard-copy documentation - Implement current & new internal & external SOPs for team - Other services as required

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in communications, PR, Digital MKT or related discipline- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in the same position - marketing or social media with solid experience in executing different advertising format, including but not limited to social media, content MKT, copywriter, booking KOL,…- Good at English - Expertise in social media platforms- Customer-Centric mindsets and Data-driven success records is preferable- Strong communications across functional teams and external partners- Strong project management capabilities and organizational skills- Ability to handle pressures, multitasking projects and to adapt to a featured working culture- Be willing to sign 8-month contract and start working soon
