• Create graphics, photos, and videos showcasing factory production, products, and shipments.• Manage company presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business.• Plan and publish 3–4 professional posts per week following a content calendar.• Design catalogs, brochures, and infographics for buyers.• Set up and manage WhatsApp Business App: catalogs, quick replies, broadcasts, buyer labels.• Run Email Marketing campaigns via Mailchimp (or similar platform) — monthly newsletters, product updates, factory news.• Respond to inquiries on all platforms and direct serious buyers to WhatsApp/email.• Track and organize buyer contacts (social, WhatsApp, email).• Provide weekly reports (posts published, engagement, inquiries, leads).• Provide monthly reports (growth, best-performing content, email open rates, WhatsApp responses, recommendations).

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Strong skills in graphic design (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator).• Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).• Fluent English writing for B2B posts and newsletters.• Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, WhatsApp Business App, and Email Marketing Platforms (Mailchimp or similar).• Understanding of B2B marketing and export trade (preferred).• Organized and detail-oriented, able to report consistently.KPIs• 3–4 quality posts per week across platforms.• Growth in engagement and inquiries from container-size buyers.• Leads generated through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.• Email open rate ≥ 20%, click-through rate ≥ 3%.• Weekly and monthly reports submitted on time.Benefit:• Salary: 1,500 – 2,000 USD• Company provides computers/equipment for employees• Shuttle bus for commuting• Accommodation in dormitory and meal support• Full participation in all mandatory social insurances
