What we're looking for:Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in software development using Ruby, modern cloud architectures, and related technologiesStrong understanding of core software engineering principles and RESTful API designProven expertise in implementing and managing high-performance, containerized applications at scaleProficiency in designing and managing databases using SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL technologies (Redis, MongoDB)In-depth knowledge of microservices, clean code, clean architecture, and SOLID principlesExperience with message queues, such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or SidekiqFamiliarity with AI tools to enhance development processes is an advantageFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative development practicesProfessional proficiency in English
