Deploy, monitor, and audit the process compliance to ensure project quality.
- Consult the applying and tailoring organization standard process for suitable with project characteristics.
- Audit the process compliance of project.
- Monitor and early warning the risks of project.
- Collect, analyze, evaluate, report project data and status to high management.
- Verify and validate software products before delivering to customer.
Build up and improve the organization standard process, data, and tools.
- Improve the standard process to align with Traditional (Waterfall), Hybrid-Agile (Waterfall-Agile), Agile/Scrum projects of organization.
- Train and guide the process to the project team, new employees, provide periodic training.
- Build the organization metrics, data, and performance management reporting system.
- Support in obtaining software development certifications of organization
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Must have
• Vietnamese nationality.
• Good English communication and collaboration skill.
• Bachelor/master’s degree in information system, engineering, or a similar field.
• 2-3+ years of experience in process and product quality assurance.
• Knowledge/experience in project management, software development process related to CMMI/Agile/Scrum.
• Knowledge/experience of various testing types/tools, including integration and system testing.
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Consult and training skills.
Nice to have
• Familiar with Redmine, Agile/Scrum tools as Jira/Confluence.
• Knowledge/experience in DevOps/CICD
• Knowledge/experience in IoT/Cloud/AI/Embedded domains
• Japanese communication skill (JLPT N3 or higher)
