The Software Sales Manager require to drive revenue growth by selling software solutions. This role involves strategic planning, pipeline management, and fostering client relationships. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine approaches.
Identify new markets and opportunities for expansion.
2. Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives.
Set performance metrics, conduct reviews, and provide coaching.
Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture.
3. Sales Pipeline Management
Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Monitor pipeline health and forecast sales accurately.
Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track progress and optimize workflows.
4. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Address customer needs, resolve issues, and ensure high satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and manage renewal processes.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Marketing to align campaigns with sales goals.
Work with Product teams to relay customer insights and influence roadmap priorities.
6. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Track KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, quota attainment) and adjust strategies as needed.
Present detailed reports to senior leadership on sales performance and forecasts.
7. Industry & Budget Management
Stay updated on software industry trends and emerging technologies.
Manage the sales budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Software or related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in software sales, including at least1 years in leadership.
Skills: Proficiency in CRM tools, proven track record of exceeding targets, having Digital Map knowledge an advantage.
