Software Senior Business Analyst

Department: User InnovationReport to: Head of User InnovationKey Responsibilities: Coordinate directly and with related departments on project issues, provide regular status reports and proactively offer solutions to ensure business Determine the project schedule, coordinate resources, progress and follow up to ensure the project is completed on time and efficiently Work closely with PO to transform business requirements into Product Backlog Items, manage the Product backlog and prioritize Sprint backlog Work closely with Development and QC team to ensure acceptance criteria and enhance product quality Create and manage all kinds of analysis & requirement documents (business processes, data models, mockups, BDD tests, user guides) in order to provide concise and coherent requirements for the development team Detect and identify problems encountered to propose reasonable solutions.
