Software Tester (QA QC)

🧰 WHAT YOU’LL NEED 3+ years of experience in software testing. Strong experience with manual QA processes and real-world defect identification. Solid understanding of common test methods and when to use them. Confident using Chrome/Firefox DevTools, LightHouse / Google Page Speed Insight and checking layouts on many screen sizes.  Comfortable with device logs, slow-network simulation, and cloud device farms (AWS Device Farm, BrowserStack).   Able to build API tests in Postman/Charles, check auth, rate limits, JSON/Protobuf data.  Comfortable creating and updating test cases, test plans, test reports, and issue tickets in Notion or Jira. Strong attention to clean/standard UI layout, consistent UX behavior, and smooth end-to-end user flows. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Familiar with Agile: estimating stories, joining retrospectives.  Write clear, straightforward English bug reports, test cases, test plans, and other documentation. 🌟 NICE TO HAVE Familiarity with performance or load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, k6). Exposure to automated testing frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, or Appium. Familiarity with Rails test frameworks: RSpec, Capybara, or Minitest. QA certifications (e.g., ISTQB Foundation). Experience working in a DevOps or microservices environment. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI). Experience working in advanced mobile scenarios: Background Sync, Push Notifications, Deep Link / App Link / Universal Link, CarPlay/Android Auto, Voice Assistants, Device Location…
