Role Summary We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect with a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, particularly in banking transformation. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and modernizing banking systems, ensuring the architecture supports the evolving needs of financial institutions. Key Activities Design and implement end-to-end solution architectures for banking transformation, payments, cards, channels and modernization programs. Evaluate current banking systems, identify limitations, and propose scalable and sustainable architecture roadmaps. Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and subject matter experts to define and align solution blueprints. Coordinate and manage cross-functional technical teams to ensure successful delivery of robust, scalable, and secure solutions. Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across platforms and components in the banking ecosystem. Identify, communicate, and mitigate Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Decisions (RAID) throughout the lifecycle of the program. Provide thought leadership and define best practices, architecture standards, and frameworks in alignment with industry trends.

Required Skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields. Minimum 4+ years of experience in a Solution Architect or equivalent senior technical role and total experience of 10+ years. Proficiency in Java/Python/Golang and associated frameworks. Strong experience in the banking domain or working with financial institutions is essential. Expertise in enterprise architecture, microservices, software design patterns, and API-driven designs. Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture, integration, and modern application stacks. Technically articulate with excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to frequently travel onsite for client engagements, workshops, and solution presentations.
