The Solution Architect will provide technical and team leadership through coaching and mentorship
Designing and implementing high-quality software solutions (preferred in .NET core, .NET framework and Reactjs/Vuejs)
Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
Providing technical guidance and support to team directly.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation (especially the latest .NET technologies and trends)
Working as part of a diverse, dynamic team, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, promoting best practices and knowledge sharing within the organization.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior to senior team members, helping to develop their skills and career growth.

Bachelor’s degree in computer programming, computer science, or a related field
Proven experience as a Technical Leader/ Technical Architect/Solutions Architect
In-depth knowledge of the .NET core and .NET framework. Familiar with front-end frameworks like VueJs, ReactJs, and VueJs is our primary front-end development language.
Hands-on experience with Azure, with the ability to design and implement cloud-based solutions
Strong knowledge of infrastructure, applications, and data management technologies
Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
Experience in customer-facing roles, with the ability to understand and translate customer needs into technical solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Dedication to continuous learning and skill development.
