The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end-to-end technical solutions that align with business goals and requirements. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.• In addition to designing solutions, the Solution Architect with strong experience in banking domain will actively engage with end-users and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and provide guidance on the technology roadmap. This includes supporting discussions on future strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and aligning technical solutions with long-term business objectives.• Finally, knowledge of Camunda Cloud 8 for process automation will be highly regarded.RESPONSIBILITIES• Solution Design: Lead the design and implementation of large-scale, robust, and scalable Java-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.• Cloud Architecture: Design cloud-native solutions using AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, and more) to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance.• Java Development: Apply in-depth Java expertise to create efficient, secure, and maintainable code, driving innovation within the team.• Camunda Cloud 8 Integration (Optional): Utilize Camunda Cloud 8 for process automation, workflow management, and decision automation, ensuring optimal integration within the solution architecture.• Banking Domain Expertise (Optional): Leverage knowledge of the banking domain to design solutions tailored to industry-specific needs and regulatory requirements.• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, product managers, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.• System Integration: Ensure seamless integration of diverse systems and applications using modern integration patterns (APIs, micro services, etc.).• Performance Optimization: Ensure systems are optimized for speed, efficiency, and scalability, addressing both current and future business needs.• Mentorship & Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and high-quality coding standards.• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation for the solutions, ensuring clarity and understanding across teams.• Continuous Improvement: Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in cloud computing, micro services, and process automation to continually improve the solution architecture.
