• Planning and execution of projects.• Make report of project schedule• Track project performance• Project evaluations and results measurement.• Manage project administration, including controlling documentation accuracy and consistency• Report regularly to Project Manager• Lead weekly meetings to cover project progress• Responsible for delivering project (schedule, quality) on the current project assignment.• Utilizes communication skills to provide regular projects updates to the client and their representatives.• Demonstrated proficiency in managing projects across different functions (IT, Warehouse Operation, Transportation Operation, etc.) & external stakeholders (client, subcontractors).

• Able to identify and mitigate risks.• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.• Ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of employees and management.• Ability to instruct or coach junior colleagues.• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.• Demonstrated ability to schedule complex work with dependencies.• Strong verbal and written communication skills.• Professional, detail oriented, result oriented, methodical, and organized.• Proficient with the MS Office: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio.• Excellent organization and efficient time-management skills.• Previous experience in a project management position.• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering; or a related field preferred; or equivalent combination with related work experience.• 3+ years’ experience in (preferably) logistics and supply chain, related consulting, and/or manufacturing where a detailed knowledge of warehousing and transportation has been obtained.
