- Tư vấn và phục vụ rượu vang/đồ uống theo tiêu chuẩn nhà hàng; gợi ý pairing phù hợp với món ăn.
Provide wine and beverage service to restaurant standards; recommend suitable food & wine pairings. - Xây dựng và cập nhật wine list theo concept và ngân sách; đề xuất nhãn rượu mới theo mùa/chương trình.
Develop and maintain the wine list aligned with the outlet concept and budget; propose new selections for seasons/promotions. - Thực hiện upselling/cross-selling rượu vang và đồ uống; đạt chỉ tiêu doanh thu theo phân công.
Drive wine upselling/cross-selling to achieve assigned revenue targets. - Quản lý tồn kho rượu: nhận hàng, bảo quản đúng điều kiện, kiểm kê định kỳ, kiểm soát thất thoát.
Manage wine inventory: receiving, proper storage, regular stock counts and loss prevention. - Đảm bảo phục vụ đúng kỹ thuật: nhiệt độ, decanting, glassware, trình bày và nghi thức phục vụ.
Ensure proper wine service techniques: temperature, decanting, glassware, presentation and service ritual. - Phối hợp với Bếp/Service cập nhật menu; đề xuất pairing cho món mới/set menu.
Coordinate with Kitchen/Service on menu updates; suggest pairings for new dishes/set menus. - Đào tạo nhân viên về kiến thức rượu vang & đồ uống: vùng, giống nho, phong cách, tasting notes và quy trình phục vụ.
Train team members on wine & beverage knowledge: regions, grapes, styles, tasting notes and service procedures. - Tổ chức/hỗ trợ wine tasting, wine dinner, sự kiện rượu; chuẩn bị nội dung và vận hành chương trình.
Organize/support wine tastings, wine dinners and wine events; prepare content and run the program. - Tuân thủ quy định phục vụ đồ uống có cồn & VSATTP; xử lý phản hồi khách liên quan đến rượu/đồ uống.
Ensure compliance with alcohol service regulations & hygiene standards; handle guest feedback related to wine/beverages. - Lập báo cáo: doanh thu rượu, cost, tồn kho, hàng chậm xoay; đề xuất tối ưu.
Prepare reports: wine revenue, cost, inventory, slow movers and optimization recommendations.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Tối thiểu 1–3 năm kinh nghiệm Sommelier/ vị trí phục vụ rượu tại nhà hàng/khách sạn; ưu tiên fine dining/5 sao.
Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as a Sommelier or wine service role in hotels/restaurants; fine dining/5-star preferred. - Có chứng chỉ WSET/SSA/CSW… là lợi thế (chưa có nhưng kiến thức nền tốt vẫn xem xét).
WSET/SSA/CSW or equivalent certification is an advantage (strong fundamentals without certification will be considered). - Am hiểu rượu vang: vùng, giống nho, phong cách, quy trình sản xuất cơ bản; biết thêm spirit/beer/cocktail là điểm cộng.
Solid knowledge of wines: regions, grape varieties, styles, basic winemaking; other beverage knowledge is a plus. - Kỹ năng tasting, mô tả hương vị, tư vấn thuyết phục; giao tiếp tự tin, tư duy dịch vụ tốt.
Strong tasting-note and consultative selling skills; confident communication and service mindset. - Có khả năng kiểm soát tồn kho, cost, làm báo cáo; cẩn thận, trung thực, chú ý chi tiết.
Able to manage inventory, cost and reporting; detail-oriented and trustworthy. - Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt (ưu tiên thêm ngoại ngữ khác).
Good English communication (additional languages are a plus). - Sức khỏe tốt, linh hoạt làm ca/kíp, cuối tuần và Lễ/Tết.
Physically fit and flexible to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
