- Assist supervisor on end-to-end sourcing activities within the Gifts and Toys, Ornaments and Printed products category. - Serve as a critical communication link among our overseas customers, our suppliers and all internal departments on all sourcing related activities.- Assist the supervisor to ensure all products sourced conform to customer requirements, track orders, stay on schedule, ship on time and all products at retail are free of quality issues.- Able to manage projects independently and inform his/her supervisor timely with counter solutions at the right time.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
· Degree holder / Tertiary educated with more than 2 years of procurement experience, preferably in gifts and toys, ornaments and printed products. · Good at order management, sourcing skills, negotiation skills and problem-solving skills.· Fluent English in both written & spoken.· Strong in Excel, good in Words and PowerPoint.· Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.· Good team player, flexible, well organized and able to work independently & under pressure.· Able to coordinate efforts of cross functional associates and work together in a positive and collaborative manner.· Willing to travel within Vietnam or to other countries if required.
