- Assist the Executive Chef in planning and developing the menu.
- Supervise the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage ingredients, control quality, and monitor inventory levels.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and evaluating kitchen staff performance.
- Stand in for the Executive Chef as needed.
- Develop new and creative dishes that meet customer requirements.

- At least 1 year of experience in the segment.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and training skills.
- Good communication and customer contact skills.
- Results and service-oriented with an eye for details.
