Working hours: following the shift, 8 hours/day, 48 hours/week, from Tuesday to Sunday

TASKS
- UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF THE HEAD CHEF
- Manage and oversee the kitchen operation
- Lead staff and supervise shifts
- Train and evaluate employees
- Supervise food preparation according to restaurant standards & guidelines
- Ensure respect of all relevant rules/regulations and all food safety guidelines & processes
- Manage kitchen supplies and production ; maintain inventories
- Ensure supply from trusted and consistent suppliers, control quality of products received
- Look for ways to reduce spoilage of infrequently used items

REQUIREMENTS:

- Guarantee the working quality
- Have at least 1 year experience working in the same position
- Good attitude, hard working and honest
- Good health condition
- Good in English communication

Quyền Lợi
SALARY: 10,000,000 - 12,000,000/month. Probation maximum 1 month, 85% salary.
