- Front Desk Operations: Answering phones, scheduling appointments, managing bookings, and greeting guests.
- Guest Assistance: Leading guests to treatment rooms, providing towels and refreshments, and coordinating special requests.
- Information Provider: Explaining spa services, facilities, and promotions to guests.
- Retail Sales: Managing retail product sales and inventory.
- Maintaining Spa Environment: Ensuring the reception area and waiting areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Administrative Tasks: Managing records, processing payments, and coordinating with other spa staff.
- Customer Service Excellence: Providing a positive and welcoming experience for all guests.
