- Ensure an exceptional wellness experience by providing spa treatments in a courteous, professional, and nurturing manner, helping guests relax and rejuvenate.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the spa, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
- Research, develop, and implement innovative spa products, programs, and services to enhance guest satisfaction and wellness offerings.
- Lead, motivate, and train the Spa team to uphold high standards of service and excellence
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 3-year experience in a similar role at a 5-star international resort
- Leadership skills and a passion for guest engagement
- Strong English and Vietnamese communication skills
