- Answering all guest questions regarding spa offerings, appointment availability, length and cost of treatments and also introduction Health Club benefit
- Ensure that the waiting areas and other open guest areas, including the Spa entrances, changing room are clean, inviting & attractive at all times.
- Reporting any defects, broken equipment or accessories to the Spa Supervisor, Training Manager, Spa Manager.
- Dealing with guest complaints
- Promote the Spa and its services to guests by describing the treatments and products. Sell services and products including gift certificates, and maintain accurate sales records.

- Female under 30 years old, well grooming, Intermediate graduated;
