• Handling handover management work when management is absent.
• Responsible for quality of service, customer care.
• Control the working process of employees in shifts.
• Arrange and arrange work shifts for employees.
• Replace position when receptionist is off.
• Check and report on the management of machinery and equipment status to promptly handle.
• Periodic staff reviews.
• Strictly control training schedule and ensure employees work properly.
• Responsible for general hygiene of areas.
• Link closely with the relevant departments to coordinate to resolve when incidents occur.
• Have the right to handle arising problems or complaints of customers in the authorized powers.
• Management of assets, materials, periodic inventory and planning of purchase for the department.
• Implement reports and tasks as required by management, promptly report arising problems to seek guidance from management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Aesthetic therapy or body massage.
- Good communication in English.
- Physical therapy training certificate (preferred, if available).
