* Overview:Specialist, Business Analyst cum Project Management should have a firm background in Business Analysis, skilled in project planning, execution, and risk management. Gathering and analyzing business requirements, and collaborating with developers and testers to align solutions with strategic goals.* Description:1. First KPI - Project Management:• Planning: Develop detailed project plans including scope definition, resource allocation, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.• Execution: track progress, manage changes, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.• Communication: Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders (clients, internal teams, management), providing regular status updates and issue escalation and project reporting• Risk Management: Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.• Closure: Conduct thorough project reviews, document lessons learned, and contribute to process improvement.2. Second KPI - Business Analysis:• Requirements Gathering: workshops, observation, and other elicitation techniques to uncover true business needs and pain points.• Documentation: Translate business requirements into clear, and actionable functional specifications, use cases, user stories, process diagrams, etc.• Analysis: Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose solutions aligned with strategic goals.• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, testers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet expectations and address core business issues.• Validation: Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure that delivered solutions meet business needs and quality standards.3. Regular & Ad-hoc Reports: Prepare the regular or unexpected reports as requests from the manager.4. Other: other tasks assigned by Line Manager based on the evolving needs of the business at a particular time.
