- Manage operation and performance of CRM tools
- Make recommendations on tools, techniques, or processes to enhance service quality and help the organization achieve long-term successes.
- Transfer data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions
- CRM system maintenance: monitor and resolve issues in a timely manner; ccollaborate with IT team for needed enhancement.
- Data analyst: interpret CRM data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide reports, suggestion for improve data using efficiency
- Assist for CRM tool users
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience in .Net developer or similar role
- Experience in managing and processing databases
- Familiar with SQL server, ASP.NET, .NET FRAMEWORK, C#, HTML, CSS3
- Data Analysis in Market Research or Contact Center is a plus
- Reporting capability is a plus (adept at queries, report writing and presenting findings)
- Basic English
- Good teamwork and collaboration skills; self-starter with a can-do attitude
