Position Objective:- Support, track renewal progress, coordinate with the Sales Force and relevant teams to improve the renewal rate and customer satisfaction through timely support, Re-active SA/UA sales forces.- Support, manage and follow-up the recruitment procedure, ensuring timely submit and sufficient required recruitment documents.1. Support insurance policy renewal process, including:- Prepare and submit renewal reports and analysis to manager on a regular basis.- Coordinate with Sales Admin, Sales Force, and other departments to ensure timely follow-up and support for policy renewals.- Execute and manage renewal campaigns, including sending reminders and following up on potential lapsed cases.- Provide timely support for inquiries related to renewal premium payments, policy benefits, and procedures.- Propose and implement incentive or reward programs for sales forces and/or customers to promote on-time renewal premium payments.- Recommend process improvements to enhance renewal performance and overall customer experience.2. Re-active Sale Force:- Work with related teams to provide support and motivate inactive SA and UA to return to business activities such as recruitment and sales.- Coordinate with Sales team to organize communications, training, or recognition initiatives to re-engage the inactive field force.3. Support the Sales Force with recruitment processes, including:- Receive and check hard documents of pending code cases and SM+ applicants.- Announce the registration of FOB course (weekly) via email and communication channels. Support the Sales Forces inquiries about FOB courses, registration requirements.- Support the Sales Force to resolve problems about using eRecruitment system, ensuring candidates are successfully registered.- Inform and follow up unqualified candidates due to insufficient documents. Regular update and get confirmation from SL+/SM+ to submit documents in time.
