Specialist, Insurance Accountant

Position: Handle Life Insurance & ProjectProven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.Support for Accounting Project1. INSURANCERoles and Responsibilities 1.1 CompensationDescribe specific - Manage, monitor, analyze and control GL accounts timely, proactivekey functions of the and regularly to update to life insurance transactions (compensation,position or the allowances….) and coordinate with the related division to supportessential areas of setup agency system.responsibilities,- Tracking and control to ensure compensation expense align withlisting the mostimportant first. approval budget and actuarial pricing.- Reconcile balance with partners and internal sales team and verifydebt balance or balance payable when required.- Prepare compensation report of all distribution channels: agency andall partnership distribution channel.1.2 Payments for customers- Prepare and follow up payments for customers (refund premium,claim) to ensure timely.- Follow up bank refund, IBFT refund and inform OP team promptly.- Prepare confirmation for refunding IBFT transaction and work withBank to ensure successfully.- Check with Bank when receiving customer's questions from OP team.2. PROJECT- Participate in negotiation of contract terms and conditions forexpanding premium collection.- Planning, executing and successfully completing projects assigned byline manager.3. OTHER- Prepare other & adhoc reports as requested by manager.
