Specialist, Vendor Logistics Program

Upselling Local Accounts:• Generate new vendor logistics business and manage relationships with local factories/vendors.• Monitor pipeline opportunities and support ad-hoc pricing while offering suitable VLP product bundles to factories/customers.• Enhance the overall customer experience and support the Commercial/KAM value proposition.• Position APLL to engage with key stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers within customer organizations.• Train the customer service team on the product menu to ensure effective support.Business Development (focus on Growth the North):• Analyze sales and market data to identify growth the North opportunities.• Develop and implement strategic business plans to attract new clients and nurture existing relationships.• Conduct client visits and external activities to strengthen partnerships and enhance customer satisfaction.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with customer needs and improve service delivery.• Manage service contracts and client data, ensuring proper oversight of P&L.
