1. Outlet Oversight & Facility Maintenance
• Conduct regular patrols of all S&A outlets (including kids club, tennis, Joy lounge, pickleball etc.) to ensure cleanliness, safety, and readiness for guest use.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards, and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain a high standard of presentation, tidiness, and functionality in all activity areas.
• Keep and review daily checklists, reports, and logbooks updated and communicate critical findings to management.
• Be available to troubleshoot urgent issues and support operational needs as they arise.
2. Program Planning & Guest Engagement
• Actively interact with guests to promote activities, encourage participation, and receive feedback.
• Regularly assess and refresh activity offerings to reflect trends, guest preferences, and creative ideas.
• Support the implementation of summer/winter programs.
3. Staff Coordination & Departmental Organization
• Transfer clear instructions and task assignments to the team across all outlets.
• Maintain daily communication with team members to ensure coordination and cooperation.
• In the absence of the Manager, take responsibility for supervising operation and reporting to Manager or Head of Department about any issue related to operation or urgent cases.
• Act as a role model, promoting a collaborative and professional work culture.
• Monitor and support team performance, including work discipline, grooming standards, and guest interaction.
• Coordinate shift schedules, duty rosters, and task follow-ups.
4. Training, Marketing & Development Support
• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing and promotional plans for recreational activities, including specific initiatives such as pickleball programs.
• Contribute content and ideas for social media, resort newsletters, or guest info boards related to Sports & Activities.
• Lead or support internal English communication training sessions for S&A staff.
• Participate in team-building initiatives and internal staff engagement activities.
• Encourage cross-training among team members to enhance flexibility and individual development.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Male/Female, with a professional and pleasant appearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Human Resources, Tourism, Economics, Business,... or a related field.
- Proficiency in English, with strong skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
