[SPX Express] Senior Associate, Product Operations

Product: SPX ExpressWork location: Sonatus Building, 15 Le Thanh Ton, District 1, HCMAbout the team - SPX Express Product Job Description:Release & Deployment ManagementDevelop detailed release plans, including Go/No-Go checklists, cut-over plans, and rollback strategies.Coordinate releases using grayscale, A/B testing, or phased rollout approaches.Monitor post-release performance metrics, assess risks, and proactively trigger rollbacks when necessary.Collaborate closely with Business, PMO, and Development teams to ensure smooth and successful releases.User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Prepare test scenarios, test data, and maintain UAT environment integrity.Execute, supervise, and sign off on UAT results; work closely with development teams to resolve defects.System & Issue OperationsReceive, categorize, and resolve production incidents within agreed SLAs.Maintain issue tracking logs and coordinate with regional development teams for permanent fixes and enhancements.Perform approved configuration changes and data corrections in production as needed.Enablement & Change ManagementCreate user guides, release notes, and other related documentation.Deliver training sessions for internal users on new features and support smooth transitions.
