Sr. Full Stack Developer (NodeJS, JavaScript, English)

At Aletech, we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer who can work directly with the business team, understand business requirements, and translate them into technical solutions. You will be responsible for designing scalable applications, making key architectural decisions, and leading a development team to implement these solutions effectively.This role is ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between business and technology, ensuring that solutions align with company goals while maintaining strong technical leadership.Responsibilities1. Business & Technical Alignment Work directly with the business team to gather and clarify requirements. Understand business requirements and how they impact system design. Translate business needs into clear technical requirements for development. 2. Solution Design & Implementation Architect, design, and develop scalable full-stack applications. Make technical decisions on architecture, frameworks, and best practices. Ensure high performance, maintainability, and security of applications. Develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges. 3. Team Management & Execution Manage a development team (3-5 members), ensuring successful project execution. Assign and oversee tasks, ensuring efficient implementation of technical solutions. Set high coding standards, perform code reviews, and enforce best practices. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members. 4. Communication & Collaboration Communicate effectively with both business and technical teams. Explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders in a clear manner. Ensure that development aligns with business goals and priorities.
