Staff - Marketing Support

Job purpose: A Marketing trainee supports Aesculap marketing team in the implementation and execution of marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and market share to achieve company financial objective. Job function:1. Support for Marketing administration task2. Support in developing and execution for Marketing activities3. To be trust partner for Sales & cross function team in provide quick support/ guidance related to MKT responsibilities.Task & Responsibility:1. Administration MKT support (50%):- Organizing marketing materials: ensure material up-to-date and ready for use. Quickly support sales/ tender teams when needed.- Support approval for MKT activities on-time. Follow up for MKT activities implementation and ensure post event follow up.- Coordinate in building tender product explanation folders to quickly support Sales team & Tender team.- Coordinate to build: Master file discontinued/ change product site items in share folders.- Create and maintaining tracking reports for MKT event, MKT expense, Sales report... to support for monthly business review.- Manage product demonstration.2. Support Marketing strategy development & execution (40%)- Coordinate in develop & execution marketing activities: B.Braun stand-alone meeting, Sponsorship, Product training...- Develop marketing materials: gimmicks, standee, booth…- Support MM/PM/PS in hospital event, product presentation: logistic support, product presentation (if any)- Coordinate to collect market information, customers' insight, market trend... by going out with sales team and interact with customers (nurses, IC nurses, association...)- Working with Comex team to understand sales data, import data... transfer data to insight and propose market analysis (to be guided by MM)3.Others: Ensure all MKT activities comply with legal and ethical standards, and that documented processes, procedures and internal quality management system are followed and adhered to. Carry special work as assigned by Management.
