- Work across all areas F&B Department, to ensure that guest expectations are exceeded, and standards are consistently maintained
- Accomplish distinction together
- Maintain positive colleagues’ interactions with good working relationships
- Handle all guest and internal Guest complaints and inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, following through to make sure problems are resolved satisfactory
- Liaise and communicate effectively with all departments to ensure seamless transfer of information takes place
- To be fully aware with F&B policies and procedures
- Understand and strictly adheres to Rules and Regulations established in the Employee handbook and the hotel’s policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- High school or equivalent education required
- Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process
- Thorough knowledge of stewarding materials
- Proper handling of cleaning equipment and materials, for cleanliness of all items processed through the dishwashing and pot washing area, for the kitchen equipment and fixtures
- Work across all areas F&B Department, to ensure that guest expectations are exceeded and standards are consistently maintained
