JOB SUMMARY
- Conduct periodic inventories to ensure par stocks and resource availability are maintained within all Food and Beverage outlets and kitchens and determine breakage
- Conduct daily inspections of all Food and Beverage areas and kitchens daily to ensure cleanliness and compliance with local health/sanitation codes
- Assist the Chief Steward to exceed budgetary guidelines for operating supplies and labor
- Foster an environment of cooperation within the department and between other departments within the hotel
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have experience within the Stewarding department required
- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be computer-strong with knowledge of Excel, Word, and electronic mail
- Must be committed to safety and good environmental practices in the workplace
