ManagementHiring, training, motivating, and leading staff by example.Recommend people for hiring and promotion.Conduct daily briefings.Produce staff roster with a supervisor.Set goals and expectations for the operation team using performance review and KPI process.Work with the bar, kitchen, and front staff team to make sure our operation is smooth.OperationManage product and packaging inventory to ensure good levels, product freshness and cost control.Work with our team (operation, management, and marketing) on the development and implementation of our seasonal campaigns and promotions.Enforce all SOPs and company policies and procedures, especially the ones related to our customer service, health, and safety.Weekly meeting with BOD and Operation Manager sharing on operation and KPIs.FinanceHandle daily cash management and administration.Track and monitor the sales target, implement the Marketing strategy in-store, adjust when needed.MarketingWork closely with our Marketing team on our in-store sales strategies.Train and lead the team to execute the Marketing strategy in the store.Customer ServiceWalk around. Talk to our customers.Manage customer’s complaints or feedback.Constantly challenge our customer service experience and improve the overall space and product experience to make sure our customers have a great time with us.Quality ControlMaintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, health, and safety through SOPs training and enforcement.Schedule maintenance according to our schedule.
