- Assist the Cost Controller in the implementation and planning of inventory par stock levels.
- Ensure that store security measures are observed
- Ensure that losses on merchandise are kept at a minimum level by ensuring good storage sanitation, hygienic and cleanliness and that store security is maintained.
- Be responsible for all inventories in the stores and assists in the bi-monthly and other scheduled stock
- taking initiated by the Cost Controller

Required skills:
- Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
- Good Communication and writing skills
- Other languages preferred
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education qualification in Accounting, Finance or related field. CPA preferred
Experience –
- 4-8 years in hotel accounting or audit with at least one year in an Assistant Controller or similar supervisory
