Strategic Planning:- Support the development and execution of business strategies by offering data-driven insights and recommendations- Partner with cross-functional teams to create strategic plans that align with company goals and objectives- Continuously supervise and assess the effectiveness of current strategies, recommending adjustments as needed Nielsen Retail Audit/ Consumer Tracker/AP report/One Data Dashboard:- Lead Nielsen reports and deliverables (e.g., monthly reports, retail audit databases) to ensure data accuracy and high-quality insights, serving as JTI Vietnam’s main contact with the vendor and regional teams- Be responsible for annual Tracker research and leverage insights to meet business needs- Act as the primary liaison with regional teams for developing and maintaining the AP report and One Data Dashboard Data Analysis and Business Intelligence:- Collect, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends and insights that advise business decisions- Leverage tools such as data visualization software, PowerBI, and statistical analysis platforms to create actionable reports and dashboards for partners- Deliver timely, accurate business intelligence to support strategic decision-making across all organizational levels Market Research and Competitor Analysis:- Perform market research to uncover industry trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities- Analyze competitor activities and performance to benchmark the company’s market position and identify areas for improvement Commercial Report Management:- Take full responsibility for all reports and analyses related to sales performance, trade segmentation across channels, and market activities- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of M&S reports, providing key insights and recommendations- Review, complete, and ensure trade program reports are important, with clear interpretations of the results- Provide, review, and analyze additional reports to support management in achieving business objectives- Deliver KPI analysis and reports to supervise progress toward annual goals and volume targets, recommending corrective actions as needed

Requirements: - University degree or equivalent- At least 5 years of relevant experience in FMCG marketing and sales functions- Extensive cross-cultural experience with a strong background in research techniques and consumer, brand, and trade analysis- Deep understanding of operational constraints and the practical application of research to address business challenges- Strong attention to detail, ensuring specific outcomes are achieved- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to optimally communicate across all levels and functions- Proven team player with a collaborative mindset- Proficient in technical tools such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, and system management- Proficient in English (speaking and writing) and fluent in Vietnamese
