Strategy & Partnership Manager: Lead strategic planning, market intelligence, and partnership development to drive business growth and strategic initiatives within the organization.Responsibilities:Strategy (70%)• Conduct in-depth strategy research & formulation to identify opportunities.• Provide market intelligence for competitive positioning and trend forecasting.• Coordinate annual strategy planning, aligning with overall business goals.• Drive stakeholder engagement & communication: key initiatives, align expectations, manage feedback loops.• Set targets for strategic initiatives and implement performance tracking to ensure impact.• Collaborate with M&A team on building strategic directions and sourcing opportunities.Partnerships (30%)• Develop and execute partnership strategies & opportunities to drive revenue and enhance capabilities.• Build and foster strong relationships with external partners, platforms, and relevant ecosystems.• Manage projects including cross-functional collaboration, timelines, and deliverables.• Support negotiations—focus on structure, commercial terms, and joint go-to-market plans.

1. Education background requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Strategy, Economics); MBA is a plus.2. Experience/Industry requirements:• 5+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Development, Consulting or Partnerships—ideally within e-commerce, retail, consulting, or tech.• Strong analytical mindset, commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills.• Proven track record in stakeholder management and partnership/deal negotiation.• Project management proficiency3. Competency requirements:• Analysis & Problem Solving: Identifies and analyses a range of problems by isolating key issues, evaluating relevant data and reaching logical conclusions• Client Centric: Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.• Communication: Communicates confidently and professionally, respecting the audience, engendering confidence and trust from external stakeholders and from individuals, teams, departments and the company• Accountability & Ownership: Plans and balances a range of tasks, assignments, projects and resources.
