Structure Engineer

REQUIREMENTSQualifications, Knowledge & Experience- B.Sc., or above in Structural Engineering, or a related field- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in structural modeling and documentation.- Familiarity with small to medium-sized infrastructure projects involving structural detailing.- Familiarity with international standards is an advantage.- Intermediate in Revit or Tekla, AutoCAD.- Familiarity with BIM platforms: Navisworks, BIM 360, Revizto, Trimble Connect.- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Excellent communication skills in both English and Vietnamese. Other Requirements: 1. Technical Knowledge:- Basic understanding of structural design codes and standards.- Ability to interpret structural drawings and resolve basic issues.- Familiarity with modeling and documentation practices.2. Team Leadership and Collaboration:- Willingness to take responsibility for assigned tasks.- Ability to collaborate within a team and support senior engineers.- Effective communication of technical details to the team.3. Project Management- Basic project coordination experience under supervision.- Capable of managing deliverables and meeting deadlines for assigned tasks.- Strong attention to detail in documentation and QA/QC compliance.4. Client Relationship Management:- Ability to communicate technical issues clearly to team leads.- Willingness to support client-facing roles under supervision.
