• Analyze and implement Substrate MLO designs based on customer specifications and requirements.• Collaborate closely with SI/PI engineers, PCB designers, and mechanical engineers to optimize component placement, layer stack-up, routing priorities, and copper plane distribution.• Communicate directly with customers to address inquiries and clarify requirements.• Coordinate with fabrication vendors to verify DFM specifications and ensure design compatibility with manufacturing capabilities.• Prepare and generate documentation, including Gerber files, schematics, BOMs, and related design outputs.• Work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve relevant technical or process-related issues.
