- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough and objective investigation
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
- Maintain and assist in developing HR Policy and Procedure; Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation if necessary
- Act as key recruitment contact. Review resumes / applications, coordinate interview process. Manage and correlate job offer process
- Supervise and manage operations, maintenance and cleanliness of the premises and dormitory properties
- Ensure the well-being of employees living in the dormitory to compliance with environment, safety and health regulatory
- Liaise with security, fire alarm, pest control, other service providers to ensure the standard of dormitory premises remains high at all times
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resources policies and procedures
- Perform other job related duties as assigned

Skills Requirements and Working Experience:
- Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience in human resources or related field in hospitality industry
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Assistant
- Proficient in both oral and written English and Chinese
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Business trip is required
